As per the latest reports, Shahrukh Khan and Katrina kaif might pair- up in the Paris –based Indian filmmaker Vijay Singh’s next venture.Reportedly, Vijay is keen on casting the Baadshah of Bollywood as Nawab Naseeruddin Haidar as he has previous experience of acting in a historic movie, Ashoka, Playing the role of emperor Ashoka and the sultry B-Town actress Katrina for the role of a British girl. This biopic is based on an 18th century love story between an Awadh king and a British girl.

Curry in the past is currently in Delhi for the screening of his latest documentary, Indian by song. When asked about his taking up both the superstars of bollywood, he revealed that he shares good vibes with SRK and is excited about this fresh pairing. The film will be, supposedly made on a budget of 60-70 crores.
He also said “I wanted to cast him in Jaya Ganga but he was busy and things did not work out. But this time, Shah Rukh had liked the idea.
For Katrina he was quoted as saying,’ I was planning to take a Hollywood starlet opposite Shah Rukh for the role of the British girl, but I might talk to Katrina Kaif as I have been told she is British and a fine actress.’
